Day 6

It was really nice to get out early this morning and explore the peace and sounds of nature around Hillsdale Lake. I was very disappointed in the amount of people that obviously don't care about anyone else and leave their trash everywhere! As soon as I find a dumpster that will take about a pickup load of all sorts of trash, I will be revisiting these areas and cleaning up as much as I can. I used Canon 5D Mark III with 24-105 f/4L IS.

Nice calm cove as the sun peeks in.

I guess people don't care that it will take this can longer
than their lifetime to breakdown.

Wish this person would hit the road to a cleaner world!

Anyone know what tracks these are?
They were pretty big (oak leaf on right)

I guess some people thought it would be fun to
use the lake as a softball batting cage.
Now all those balls are floating out in the lake!

Wanted to make this a kind of dark mysterious look

Delicate Sharpness

This was a bad decision. It was a spur of the moment,
stopping the truck on bridge, not enough time to
adjust my exposure in time, capture of these
Pelicans. Not my intentions of 10 Clicks!

Classic C curve landscape shot drawing viewer through scene.

Framing the migration resting Pelicans from the bridge.
